Used widely on the Eastern Front assaults against Russia until late 1943 the Stuka was a formidable and terrifying assault aircraft. The water-soluble white distemper used as snow camouflage weathered rapidly, washing off aircraft spines and becoming heavily stained by exhaust gasses.
The plane is in good condition, although it is missing its toy bomb piece. Small scratches where the toy bomb would have attached.
